According to the respondents, personal practices are most influential on a personal level. 90% of respondents stated that the practices “Frequently” have an effect on the individual level, compared to 80% in philanthropic work and 70% in engagement with society-at-large. This implies a focus on internal development first, then moving outward to interactions with others.
