Joy Catherine Mills-Hackmann is the Foundation Director for Kearsney College, in Durban, South Africa.
Formerly she was the Development Manager for the South African Sugar Association responsible for the Land Reform agenda, Education and Training, HIV/AIDS and promoting sustainable small-scale farming communities. She is a founding board member and has served as Chair of the Board of the South African Grantmakers' Association and the Ilimo Network, and is a board member of the Natal Business Trust and the KwaZulu-Natal Education Development Trust.
Ms. Mills-Hackmann has experience in rural development and innovative development funding. She has a Masters of Arts degree in commerce from the University of Natal where she is involved in the Corporate Citizenship Masters degree.
