Erna Witoelar is recently retired as Minister of Human Settlement and Regional Development of Indonesia. She is Co-chair of the Partnership for Governance Reform, Indonesia, Honorary Chair of the Eastern regional Organization for Planning and Housing, and Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium. Erna is founder/board member of several civil society organizations including Indonesian Forum for Environment. She is a chemical engineer by profession and has a post-graduate degree in human ecology from the University of Indonesia.
