Perry Landman

Inspired by the organization’s collaborative and community-focused approach to addressing deeply entrenched societal problems, Perry Landman joined Synergos as the Managing Director, Development in September 2024. He works closely with external partners and across the organization to set development strategy and raise critical funds to advance the Synergos mission.
Perry is an established development leader, with experience launching new fundraising functions and supporting growth for both international and local non-profit organizations. He has worked closely with institutional and individual partners throughout his career to advance diverse programs ranging from sustainable agriculture and global health to local food rescue and distribution.
Prior to joining Synergos, Perry served in various fundraising and leadership positions at UNICEF USA, City Harvest, and Rainforest Alliance, supporting projects and partnerships in more than 30 countries. He received a B.A. in International Affairs and History from the George Washington University with a concentration in development studies.
Outside of work, Perry enjoys cooking, building forts for his two young children, and his ongoing search for the perfect bagel and coffee.
