Victor is the Country Director of Synergos Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the United States International Visitors Leadership Program in the nonprofit sector. He also has a B.Sc. in Psychology from Nasarawa State University, Keffi and a Masters in Development Studies from Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria. He has worked with several rural communities in Nigeria as a development practitioner and partnered with government in different sectors on sustainable development.
Victor has worked in different capacities on sustainable development, budget advocacy, women’s rights, and emergencies in Nigeria. He has served as Coordinator for Food Security and Livelihood with the International Rescue Committee and as National Coordinator for Linking the Youths of Nigeria through e-Xchange (LYNX-Nigeria), specifically on the Aflatoun Child Social and Financial Education program. He also served as Program Manager for the ActionAid Local Rights Program in Kogi State and as CEO for the Participation Initiative for Behavioral Change in Development (PIBCID) in North Central Nigeria, as well as chaired the Kogi NGO Network (KONGONET).
