Ian Feiler serves as the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at Synergos, where he focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and funders in support of Synergos' global programs.
Ian is an accomplished fundraising professional with deep experience securing the resources necessary for mission-driven organizations to grow and achieve ambitious goals for impact and positive social change.
Before joining Synergos, Ian served for seven years as the Director of Fund Development at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, a prominent global public health advocacy organization based in Washington, D.C. There, he was responsible for overseeing the development department's operations, strategic communications, and contributed to the organization's overall fundraising success.
In past roles, Ian established a grant program to support Public Justice Foundation's precedent-setting litigation, increased institutional support for United Cerebral Palsy's vital programming, and generated the revenue necessary for musical education startup Ear Candy Charity to develop and launch an online musical instrument donation platform that was acquired by Little Kids Rock through a merger in 2013.
Ian received a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Nonprofit Planning, Administration, and Community Practice from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Geneseo in New York.
When Ian is not striving to accelerate the impact of mission-driven organizations, he enjoys getting out in nature, exploring and learning with his two young children, and searching for eye-catching compositions with his Fujifilm cameras.
