Daniela Weiers serves as the Operations Manager for Synergos' Brazil. In this role she oversees the operations and finances for the Brazil legal entity, is the point person for finance for the Philanthropy team as a whole, and supports data management systems and reporting. She has a degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, working with organizations on their financial and administrative management, in addition to fundraising. Daniela worked for Brazilian non-profits such as Vaga Lume Association, Museum of the Person, and Evangelical Charity Association, as well as been a consultant. She has been a volunteer member of the Board of the Brazilian Association of Fundraising Professionals since 2012. Daniela leads a local Giving Tuesday Community Campaign for her neighborhood in São Paulo.
She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Governance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
