Andrea Rodericks, based in India, has worked in international development since 1991, specializing in the South Asia and Southern Africa regions with a focus on agriculture systems and livelihoods, gender equality and inclusive governance. She has with over 20 years of experience in program design, implementation, management, and assessment. Previously, Andrea served as the executive director for program quality and learning at CARE India, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of women and girls in tribal and low caste communities. She received her B.A. from Delhi University, and her M.P.P. from Princeton University.
