This is a presentation by John Heller to the Canadian School of Public Service Advanced Leadership Course. It gives an overview of the concept of bridging leadership and of Theory U, which provides an understanding of a way to build multi-stakeholder partnerships. The creation of the Partnership for Child Nutrition in India is discussed as an example.
