Hilda Gertze
Hilda Gertze is the Senior Coordinator for The Synergos Institute's Southern Africa Office. She joined Synergos in September 2003 to assist with administration, logistical support, financial management and the day-to-day maintenance of the office. Since 2006 she assists the regional team with program design & development and facilitation of learning events. Her facilitation style encourages the use of visual and tactile processes. She previously worked as a Program Manager at the Social Change Assistance Trust, an indigenous intermediary grantmaker, active in the rural development and social justice sector in South Africa. Hilda is passionate about sustainable living and is currently incubating a project focusing on the practices of sustainable living.
